10 Motivational Bible Verses for Professional Women

We all need a bit of encouragement here and there to keep us living the life that God has set out for us. Influential and powerful women can sometimes face the most difficult situations. Taking these scriptures to heart and remembering them amidst trials will keep you pursuing the goals God has for you with grace and a whole lot of grit.

1. Philippians 4:13

“I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength.”

2. John 14:27

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

3. 2 Timothy 1:7

“For God did not give us the spirit of timidity, but gives us power, love and a sound mind.”

4. Proverbs 16:3

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

5. Romans 8:28

“In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

6. Proverbs 31:25

“She is clothed in dignity and strength and laughs without fear of the future.”

7. Philippians 3:14

“I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”

8. Jeremiah 29:11

“For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

He already knew our path before we were even born. He knew exactly what path we would take and the outcomes. What’s cool is the path He has already laid out is intended to prosper us and not to harm us. When life gets difficult, we remember that God is still Lord and reigns.

9. Psalm 37:23-24

“The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand.”

10. Romans 8:18

“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.”

God understands our current struggles and difficulties, but He also knows what’s ahead. What you’re dealing with now is small compared to eternity. He works all things out for the good of those who love him (Romans 8:28).
